Compliance Surveyor - Social Housing

Job Description

A leading Housing Association in Merseyside are currently looking to recruit a compliance surveyor on an interim contract.

As part of the Assets & Development Team, you will lead on landlord compliance areas, ensuring we gain access to our homes so that we can complete all compliance testing and remedial work. You'll provide an effective and customer-focused compliance and repairs service to tenants and deputise for the Senior Compliance Surveyor where appropriate

Relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification and or experience or other M&E compliance qualification relevant to area of responsibility.
