Building Careers are working with a Merseyside based Housing Provider as they look to recruit a Compliance Team Leader

Working in the Asset Management Team and reporting to the Compliance Manager, this role is key to the delivery of a high-quality statutory Landlord compliance service for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

The Compliance Lead is responsible for managing a team of Compliance officers to ensure statutory landlord compliance areas including Gas, Electrical & Fire safety, Legionella, Asbestos and other associated mechanical and electrical services are completed within all of our property related assets ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues and contractors.

This role will be professionally accountable for ensuring that our stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring there is a robust performance management system in place for managing contracts in a consistent manner. All contracts must be delivered to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance targets, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
