My client a successful construction company are looking to recruit for an experienced administrator to join their team based at their head offices.

Key Responsibilities and Duties



* To collate and prepare information packs for various client/contractor meetings and start on site.
* To provide general administrative support to the Education team (including printing, photocopying and scanning).
* Upload documentation to Novus/JIGS&W following company protocol.
* Download and Upload documentation from/to client specific portals following client protocol.
* Ensure documentation is recorded/distributed to relevant parties following company protocol.
* Liaise with project team members and sub-contractors to gain project specific information for meeting packs and presentations.
* To provide a central point of control within the account to ensure procurement of stationary and relevant supplies for the project teams.
* Assist with event planning as and when required including meeting room set up and clearing.
* Take meeting minutes at weekly team meeting and distribute.
* Assist account team with training of Jigsaw/processes, etc.





Qualifications and Experience



* Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience in administering BIM compliant projects is desirable
* Experience in document control and distribution for Construction projects is preferable
* The ability to prioritize a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy



The successful candidate will be reliable and willing to support the team at all times. Excellent communication skills written and verbally are essential for this role.

This is a permanent position based at the head offices in Sale.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

Full time hours Monday - Friday
