Building Careers are working with a Merseyside based Housing Provider as they look to recruit a Contracts and Delivery Team Leader.

Working in the Assets Team and reporting to the Contract & Delivery Manager, this role is key to the delivery of a high-quality Asset Management contracts for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

Leading a team of Asset Surveyors, you must have a track record of providing effective contract management, service delivery leadership and organise the workload and deployment of resources.

This role will be professionally accountable for ensuring that our stock is fit for purpose, safe and meets all legislative requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are delivered consistently to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance targets, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
