Contracts Manager

Salary: Negotiable

Our client is a well-established, financially secure Liverpool based construction group recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their team and take responsibility for projects within predominately the Social Housing sector including new build housing/apartments of affordable, social rented properties and refurbishments of existing social housing and public buildings. Works are predominately for Housing Associations.

They have a strong pipeline of work and therefore require a Contracts Manager to join the team and take responsibility for circa 4-5 projects across Merseyside.

This candidate will lead, motivate, and support their site teams to deliver their construction projects safely, on time, and within budget, ensuring the end product is of high quality and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction for every project they hand over.

You will work collaboratively with the Pre-Construction and the Commercial teams wherever required, in the development of competitive tenders and achievable construction programmes.

You will possess the ability to present relevant management information and performance data in an appropriate manner.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of construction best practice and the NHBC standards. You will also have a demonstrable track record of delivering programmes within specific timeframes and budget to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

* Salary up to £65,000 plus package
