A respected 5* National House Builder with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for a Contracts Manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and who has a positive can do attitude. You will be responsible for approximately 6 developments of their current 19 live sites. You must have at least 3 years' experience in the role of a Contracts Manager for a national or regional house builder to be eligible for this role. You must have experience managing open market developments rather than social housing developments.

The role will involve all aspects of projects from inception to beyond completion and will include responsibilities for SH&E, Construction Delivery, Quality and Financial Performance. You will report to the Construction Director following increasing land acquisition and proposed increased volumes.

Having met with the client I can vouch for the friendliness of the Construction Director, Managing Director and the rest of the team. You will report into the Construction Director who is a multi-award winning director who has built a strong team around him.

My client is building circa 550 units across their region this year with plans to expand to 600+ units next year.

Candidates will need the necessary skills and capabilities, behavioral attributes along with the knowledge, experience and qualifications to fulfil the role.
