Contracts Manager

Job Description

Our client are a Merseyside based interior and fit out contractor specialising in various sectors to include Hotels, Retail, Leisure, Offices, Bars, Restaurants and Health Care. With an annual turnover of over £10m they are rapidly expanding and require a Contracts Manager to join their team and work on a number of fast track retail fit outs Nationwide.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

* Ensure that the work is delivered as per quality, time and budgetary objectives
* Source and engage with reputable and specialist subcontractors when required
* Engage with client representatives at a Senior level
* Set up and maintain project Controls
* Prepare Programs of work
* Write, review and amend Project Related Documentation
* Monitor and record any project variations
* Manage Directly employed Site Managers & Project Managers
* Manage H&S on site
* Manage and maintain quality workmanship on site

Essential requirements:

* Joinery background
* Experience of fast track retail fit out projects
