Contracts Manager

Job Description

Currently have a requirement for a Contracts Manager based out the Head Office in Liverpool

Project values range from 500k and £2M. All our work is undertaken on a national basis and we work within the Hospitality and Education sector. So in essence the candidate we are looking for should have the following ability and skills:

* Demonstrate experience of delivering a number of fit out projects across the country simultaneously
* Full clean driving licence
* Either Degree qualified or trades background, ideally both
* Experience at site level as a Site Manager
* Lives local to Liverpool

We will in return provide:

* Salary in line with current market rates
* Provide a company car allowance or company car with fuel card
* 21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
* The individual will be invited into the company pension scheme
