Contracts Manager


Our client is a national building envelope contractor specialising in cladding, roofing and waterproofing projects across multiple sectors. They work as a subcontractor but also main contracting whilst undertaking cladding remedials direct for clients. Due to a sustained period of growth / contracts wins they now have a requirement for Contracts Manager to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

* Management of multiple projects
* Supervise site management team where required
* Create completion paperwork for projects
* Budget and cost analysis reporting
* Weekly Client development Coordinate meetings with the site team
* Progress update with clients
* Managing sub-contractors, Budget Control, and liaison with the client
* Liaise with clients/contractors throughout the project
* Quality control on projects
* Site visits to check H & S is being followed
