Job Description

Contracts Manager - Responsive Repairs



Reporting to the Performance and Planning Manager you will manage the responsive sub-contractor team to ensure effective service delivery against objectives and strive to drive a high-performance culture. You will work within the Repairs Directorate to plan resources and ensure excellent levels of service are delivered to internal colleagues and commercial contracts in operation.



About You:



You will hold a management qualification or be educated to Degree level standard or have equivalent experience in social, commercial, or private industry background.



Any of the following memberships / qualifications would be an advantage:



* NEBOSH
* IOSH
* City and Guilds Advanced Craft NVQ Level 5
* HND in Building Surveying / Construction, or equivalent
* Membership of CIH Chartered Institute of Housing
* CIB Chartered Institute of Building or equivalent



You will have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role in a social, commercial, or private sector company. Must have experience and a clear understanding of customer service and delivering repair and contracted cyclical services and /or experience of Sub Contractor and service contract management in a commercial context.
