One of the leading 5* house-builders in the North West of England is looking to bring an experienced Contracts Manager into the business to drive the business into yet another successful year in achieving NHBC Awards and high quality build standards.

Joining the business in the Warrington area, the experienced Contracts Manager will be joining a well-run and established team that has year on year Awards for their sites in and around Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. The majority of their sites are traditional build open market housing development primarily on Greenfield sites with prices ranging from £200,000 onwards. The company will be looking for someone who has worked for a volume housebuilder, is very focused on the HBF 5* product and is very Customer Focused, too.

This business has an exceptional NHBC award winning background and personally I would say they have one of the best introductions into the business that I've seen! Immediately you will spend 2 weeks with the contracts manager getting to know the business and visiting sites whilst settling into the company, they offer 'some of the best salaries and packages out there. We definitely talk about salaries exceeding £65,000 plus benefits if you have a proven track record, an NHBC Pride in the Job Award Winning background or a quality focused house-building knowledge.
