Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager, working full-time on a permanent basis.What will you do?
As a trusted leader of a small number of Project Surveyors, you will act as an invaluable support to the Head of Asset and Delivery. You'll be there to develop, rationalise, streamline and monitor a designated number of maintenance, repairs and service charge contracts for Riverside.
Day to day
Your key responsibilities as a Contracts Manager will include:
* overseeing the development, implementation and review of effective business procedures
* providing a consultative service to management colleagues
* successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
* developing and reviewing relevant budgets
