Contracts Manager

Building Careers are recruiting for a contracts manager to work on a permanent basis for a Civil Engineering contractor based in the North West that has almost 30 years' in the industry.

This is a permanent role and offering a fantastic package for the right person.

The role:

* Responsible for the management of a wide variety of projects from the start through completion.
* You will be responsible to help lead, manage and coordinate projects from the start to finish.
* Overall responsibility of the operational side of the civils division, including estimating visits, managing and organising contracts.
* Manage financially all aspects of the civils contracts from the estimating through to final P&L analysis.
* Represent the company well and managing the contracts, team and professionally.



The ideal candidate will have SMSTS, CSCS as a minimum requirement and have worked up through their career, you will have a background in Deep Drainage and have a portfolio of completed civils projects. You must be fully proficient in the use of software, you will also need to high level of Health & Safety awareness and drivers licence.
