Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Administrator
Job Type: Temporary (Minimum 6 months, potential temporary to permanent)
Salary: Up to £24k per annum
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Administrator into their outstanding team.

This developer's dynamic team is made up of award winning directors who have many years' experience working for reputable volume house builders. Therefore, the team is strong, steady and knowledgeable. Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the consistency of the quality of build.

My client are a 5 star house builder based in the Warrington area and due to an increase in projects they are looking for an administrator to join their Customer Care team, with the potential to progress into a Coordinator.

The Administrator will work alongside the Customer Care Manager, supporting the manager with the management of the day to day of the administration relating to all customer issues.

Administrator Responsibilities:
* oversee the work of contractors and report back poor performers to the head of customer care on a monthly basis.
*maintain timescales for customers with outstanding issues.
*Build relationships with Contractors and customers with regular contact.
*Update the system with any new updates received on a daily basis.
* call customers to ensure they are happy with completed works.
*Update site paperwork and chase site Managers on a weekly basis.
*Print out maintenance operatives diaries on a weekly basis, confirming appointments with customers the week before.
*Send out welcome letters weekly to all new customers welcoming them to customer care.

This role, will require someone that is able to use their initiative and keep on top of their own work load. You will need to be extremely organised and willing to spend time on the phone chasing contractors and updating customers. You will be someone who can multitask and can work in a fast pace environment.

This role may progress into a permanent coordinating role after 6 months should you prove yourself to be an invaluable member of the team.
