Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Job Type: Temporary (Minimum 6 months, potential temporary to permanent)
Salary: Up to £24k per annum
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Coordinator into their outstanding team.

This developer's dynamic team is made up of award winning directors who have many years' experience working for reputable volume house builders. Therefore, the team is strong, steady and knowledgeable. Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the consistency of the quality of build.

My client are a 5 star house builder based in the Warrington area and due to an increase in projects they are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care team.

The Coordinator will work alongside the Customer Care manager, supporting the manager with the management of the day to day of the administration relating to all customer issues.

The successful candidate will take ownership of all ongoing customers' issues and will be responsible to allocate resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake remedial work in customers'

Coordinators Responsibilities
* Ensure the correct allocation of work to the Customer Support operative team, the existing site teams and / or contractors to fix issues that have arisen in new customer homes.
* Monitor, receive and log the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers in to the Customer Service system
* Ensure the preparation and issue of the weekly defects report for each site as directed by the Customer Support Manager
* Oversee the work of contractors and report on poor contractor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
* Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home what you will have:
* Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative
* Ability to think ahead and forecast customer issues
* Customer services experience
* Works well under pressure/in a fast-moving environment
* Housebuilding or related industry experience

This role may progress into a permanent coordinating role after 6 months should you prove yourself to be an invaluable member of the team.
