A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Manager into their North-West team.

This developer's dynamic management team is made up of award winning directors who have many years' experience working for reputable volume house builders. Therefore, the management team is strong, steady and knowledgeable. Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the consistency of the quality of build.

You will report directly in to the Construction Director and will be responsible for co-ordinating the smooth running of the customer care department. You will effectively liaise with customer care administrators, maintenance operatives and prepare information for the Construction Director's board meetings.

My client is looking for a Customer Care Manager who has experience of working directly for a national house builder in the same role. At present, this house builder has a total of 20 live sites with more developments in the pipeline.

My client will offer the successful candidate a basic salary of up to £43k. Other benefits Inc. discretionary yearly bonus (7% of salary), car allowance or company car, pension (contributory), private health care and 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
