Job Description

Social housing customer service advisor based in Liverpool.



Managing incoming social housing related calls. Your daily duties will include:

Answering all incoming calls, aiming to resolve at first contact

Dealing with queries such as repairs, rent, ASB and tenancy enquiries

previous experience working within social housing is desirable but not essential. Role is for a minimum of three months
