Job Description

Building Careers are looking to recruit a temporary Customer service advisor on behalf of a social housing contractor

This position will last 6 months

21 hours per week

£11.17 p/h

Your duties:

* Taking inbound emergency repair calls from social housing associations.
* Trying to triage the repair on first contact
* Entering information onto various platforms
* Passing jobs out to contractors
* Seeing jobs right the way through
* Working within specific KPI's
* Emphasis on good customer services

Personal Qualities

* Must have a background in Customer service/retail/hospitality and call centre
* Empathetic when dealing with difficult customers
* A genuine interest in customer care
* Computer literate, with the ability to learn and use new software
* Reliable with a positive can-do attitude
