Job Description
Our client is a West Yorkshire based Housing Association looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to start ASAP* Are you passionate about customer service?
* Do you have the skills to be part of a dedicated customer service team providing a fantastic first point of contact service for all customers?
Job Purpose
* To provide a high quality administrative service and to support the Customer Services Officers in delivering a first class service to our customers.
* To be the first point of contact to our customers and to enable the function to operate effectively, providing a high quality customer focused service.
Responsible to
* Senior Customer Services Officer
Hours 18.5 hours per week over 5 daysMonday & Tuesday (10.15 am to 2.15 pm) Wednesday to Friday (11.30 am to 3 pm)
£9-10 per hour
Ability to speak urdu and punjabi will be advantageous
Work will be until November 2019
