Our client is a West Yorkshire based HA looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to start ASAP

Temporary Customer Service Assistant - part time

* Do you have the skills to be part of a dedicated customer service team providing a fantastic first point of contact service for all customers?

Job Purpose

To provide a high quality administrative service and to support the Customer Services Officers in delivering a first class service to our customers.

To be the first point of contact to our customers and to enable the function to operate effectively, providing a high quality customer focused service.

Responsible to

Senior Customer Services Officer

Hours

18.5 hours per week over 5 days

Monday & Tuesday (10.15 am to 2.15 pm) Wednesday to Friday (11.30 am to 3 pm)
