Job Description

I am currently working with a private developer that is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is an opportunity to work with a 5-star housebuilder to expand their customer care team.

As a builder they build between 200-350 houses per year and pride themselves on the level of quality and service they provide.

They currently have 2 customer service co-ordinators and due to increase in work, are looking to recruit an additional member of the team.

Part of the role you will be expected to;

* Be homeowners' first point of contact to discuss any issues with their newly built property.
* Raising these disputes on to the COINS software and dealing with this first-hand until resolution in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* Dealing with homeowner complaints and resolving this to their satisfaction.
* Customer satisfaction surveys and collating the received data to use in weekly/monthly reports.
* Other duties include running reports and liaising with site managers and sub-contractors in order to assist in ensuring the homeowners' issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner
