Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for an On-going temp contract with a large housing association in the Merseyside area, recruiting for a customer service coordinator, providing a high quality, front line customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants in the area, providing professional and efficient assistance ensuring their needs are met and dealt with in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

* To ensure that all enquiries are dealt with promptly, in line with the agreed published standards and targets.
* Liaise with other departments with other departments, contractors and other partner agencies as appropriate to resolve queries
* To ensure that all computerised systems are used effectively to help process customer enquiries and accurately maintaining all records in a time critical environment.
* To provide a range of administrative functions, providing maximum support.
* To complete customer service satisfaction surveys and outbound telephone activities in line with any defined corporate or local priorities.
* A clear knowledge and understanding of team objectives and priorities and how the individual role will contribute.
* To represent the team on group and forums if required.
* To adhere to and promote the group values.
* To actively work with colleagues across the business sharing good practice and sharing knowledge.
* To undertake further training/ development as appropriate and to be committed to continuous professional development

What is required for this role:

* Experience of working within a customer service/ care background
* Housing experience
* Experience in CRM systems
* Excellent communications skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
* To be able to demonstrate a great attitude, flexibility and a willingness to provide an excellent customer experience
* Educated to a GCSE standard is desirable, however experience stated above may suffice.

Competitive salary of approx. £21,000 - £22,000 pro-rata
