Job Description

Our client is a Community Housing Group, in Manchester, who is looking to recruit an experienced surveyor to join their team.

The company are looking to grow their responsive repairs team and are looking to recruit a Day-to-Day Building Surveyor with experience to join their team.

This position will be carrying out Day to Day Surveying tasks, this candidate will be responsible for inspecting domestic housing stock and diagnosing building defect from customers reported concerns.

We are looking for someone who will fit into our team and is eager to make a difference by delivering highest customer standard and championing customer satisfaction. Ideally the candidate will have surveying experience and is ready to work independently, positively impacting customers' lives.

If you're ambitious, looking to utilise your skills, this could be the ideal role for you!

It is desirable that you have the following:

* HNC (building construction) or equivalent
* Diploma in surveying, property, and maintenance level 3
* Membership of a relevant professional body for example, RICS or CIOB
* Experience working on reactive repairs as a surveyor

Training will be provided for career progression and the company like to reward the employees for their hard work.

The salary on offer is between £34,000- £38,000, this is a fantastic job for you to get involved with.
