Design Coordinator

Job Description

Our client are the contracting arm of a growing and incredibly busy developer, working regionally across the North of England. Across a number of locations in the North West they have ongoing redevelopment projects which see listed buildings tranformed into commercial or residential spaces.

Due to their ongoing and increasing portfolio of work they now have a requirement for a Design Coordinator to join their team, focusing on pre-construction aspects of new phases of existing schemes and future developments throughout the North West.



Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be involved in the design process on design & build projects keeping to time and to budget. You will also be involved in tender planning, buying and estimating on substantial and complex building projects.

You will be highly motivated, have excellent IT skills and be an effective communicator. The ideal candidate could have a mixed project scope background but with particular housing experience included.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to be part of a growing company and an exciting scope of developments.

The role attracts a negotiable salary of up to £50,000 plus associated package including car allowance, fuel card, pension, healthcare scheme etc.
