About Our Client

This progressive developer combines a pioneering approach to construction and Development. Their mission is to deliver a sustainable, affordable and scalable solution projects up to £60m across Property, Mixed Development & Leisure.

The company are in a period of substantial growth and currently have several new-build sites to get through planning and delivery.

Looking to recruit an Assistant Development Manager to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of those projects - which are within a rapidly growing areas of the construction industry.

This role will offer close exposure to the Board and offers a real chance to help steer the direction of the company and represents an opportunity for significant career progression within an innovative and pro-active developer.

Job Description

* Supporting the senior members of the development team in the efficient running of the Development function.
* To assist the team in the identification of new land opportunities, taking schemes through the technical, legal, planning and financial due diligence to achieve successful new land purchases across the North West.
* Supporting the general management of schemes through planning and delivery.
* Supporting in the promotion of the company's brand to potential development partners, local authorities and development consultants.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience operating within a residential role at a developer.

A general background knowledge in development combined with a relevant qualification along with experience and/or understanding of the development stages, including: acquisition, planning and delivery on site is also required.
