Job Description

Are you a Development Manager within the New Build Housing sector looking for something different from the standard volume house builders? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with excellent prospects for career progression as well as competitive salaries and package benefits for the right individual.

We are exclusively working in partnership with a housing developer who are looking to recruit top talent within the new build housing sector; at present they are looking to add an experienced and knowledgeable Development Manager into their business.

You will need to have substantial experience in the role of Development Manager (or similar) working directly for national or regional volume house builders to be eligible for this position.

Having met with my client, there is a real excitement amongst the company about the future of the business. This new build housing developer are looking to stand out amongst the crowds of new build housing developers in the market. They have immense financial backing and a group of experienced directors on board. The company boast an incredible portfolio of work in the North-West in particular and have the financial backing to invest heavily in employee remuneration packages and extra training for employees.

You will be mainly based in their brand new and impressive North-West office which boasts excellent facilities and a creative workspace in a great location.

Further to my meeting with the client, it is imperative that the company employ the right individuals who fit their vision of the future of the company. As a cash-rich company, they are not constrained to any particular salary banding but rather are willing to pay the right candidate a rewarding and competitive salary. Package benefits include; company car, private healthcare, company bonus, company pension (7% employer contribution) and standard holidays (25 days holiday plus bank holidays).
