Building Careers are currently working with a leading Housing Association in Manchester that are looking to recruit a Development Project Manager.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Development Project Team including consultants, internal customers and contractors, taking ownership and accountability for all elements of the project. They will actively engage in the new business and planning stages of development, working with the commercial team to ensure smooth, effective delivery.
