Job Description

Dry Lining Package Manager



Our client is a UK's leading specialists in drywall partitions, suspended ceilings and interior fit out projects. Predominately working on large scale projects with packages valued to £20m. They have an opportunity for a Site Manager to take responsibility for the dry lining package on a large development of apartments and retail in Birkenhead. The package of works is programmed for 60 weeks.

You will have a proven track record in managing dry lining packages either within a sub-contract or main contracting capacity.



Duties & Responsibilities will include;

· Working to programme

· Ordering materials / managing waste

· Checking drawings for issues and changes

· Checking the working areas are ready to start work

· Instructing and Managing Labour on site

· Being responsible for health and safety on site

· Carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring PPE is worn

· Logging events on site in the site diary

· Quality Control
