Job Description

Currently looking for an Electrician in the Liverpool are to work for a Social Housing Client, Working on day to days maintenance & voids

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

* Working on responsive repairs and day to day repairs and voids

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:

* NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures)
* C&G 2382- 18 Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition
* C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or equivalent
* Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

* A full driving licence
* Experience of completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports on Domestic Premises
* An understanding of Responsive Maintenance preferably within the Social housing Sector
* Knowledge of construction Health, safety and Welfare legislation
* Use of full range of Microsoft Office
* Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure
* Attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication
* Effective liaison with staff/other stakeholders to give information/find information/resolve problems
* Organisation and ability to time-manage work load
* Able to deliver a high standard of customer service
