Electrician

Job Description

We are working with a Cheshire based social housing contractor who has an opportunity for an experienced electrician. This vacancy will be based in the Widnes and Warrington area.

In this roles, you will have direct responsibility for delivering work in the following areas:

* Working on void and tenanted property's.
* working to a high volume work rate.
* Aids and adaptation work.
* Reactive day to day repairs to kitchens and bathrooms.
* Void inspection work.
* Testing and Inspection



Skills and Experience required:

It is not essential but will be advantageous to have worked within social housing previously and have worked in tenanted properties, liaising with clients and customers. You will need to be time served with a current JIB GOLD card, 17th Edition, 2391 and/or relevant testing and inspecting certificates.
