Job Description

Our client based on the outskirts of Manchester offers customers a quality, D&B Construction, Commercial Interior Design and Fit-Out services since 1970. The company has grown into one that redefines workspaces, and delivers outstanding solutions with expertise and precision.

They have become specialists on the outside, as well as on the inside…with significant experience in areas such as Offices, Commercial, Industrial Projects, Traditional Construction Schemes.

Estimator / Senior Estimator

£40k - £65k + package

Your new role

You will be working in a team of four people in the commercial department completing D&B tenders to a high standard and to tight deadlines. You will be working on restoration and private new build projects and will be liaising directly with private clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a competent Estimator who can work on multimillion pound projects up to without any supervision. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience within main contracting projects and it would be preferable if you have priced work on D&B High Value contracts. You will be able to use estimating software and be confident in your ability to work to timescales and budgets.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary of up to £65,000, a company vehicle or car allowance and other great benefits.
