Finance Controller

Job Description

Our client is a well-respected Housing Developer based in Bangor. They create luxury homes of character and distinction, designed to marry the best of modern building technology with the unchanging values of traditional craftsmanship.

Due to their continued expansion they need to recruit a Financial Controller. The purpose of the role is to assist the Finance Director in the running of the finance function.



You should be ACCA (or ACA) qualified, but not CIMA qualified, and (ideally) possess the following attributes:



1 Trained and qualified in an accountancy practice.
2 Managerial experience.
3 Post qualification experience.
4 Property industry experience.
5 Good knowledge of VAT.
6 Good knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme.
7 Sage accounts experience.



The position will pay a salary in the region of £40,000 but there is scope to increase this for an exceptional candidate.
