Job title: Finishing Foreman

Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000



A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman into their North-West team on a brand new development in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the reliability of the quality of build.

You will work as a permanent member of the team based on the new development of 50 traditional build homes pricing between £500k - £1m homes.

My client is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Finishing Foreman with a strong trade's background, preferably in joinery and with new build / volume housing experience. Experience working directly for a national or regional house builder is also essential. You must hold CSCS. An SSSTS or SMSTS would be an advantage but is not essential.

The salary and package is negotiable and dependent on experience.
