Finishing Manager - 2 vacancies (one permanent & one freelance)
Location: Liverpool

Our client is an award-winning major contractor delivering new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects valued to £100m across various sectors including education, health, commercial, student accommodation, hotel & leisure. They now have an opportunity for a Finishing Manager to join an established team and work on a high-rise mixed-use development in Liverpool City Centre which includes 400 1&2-bedroom apartments.
The frame and cladding are complete, so you'll be taking responsibility for internal packages/finishing on multiple floors within the building whilst reporting to a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager.

Our client has a strong pipeline of work in Liverpool so upon project completion, there'll be further local contracts.

As Finishing Manager, you'll be running several fit-out packages with day-to-day duties including:

* Being responsible for multiple floors - maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping and project-wide package management duties
* Engaging in Short Control planning approaches with allocated packages to effectively manage and forward plan the works on site
* Develop a detailed understanding of the design of the building pertaining to the allocated packages and manage quality to ensure specification standards are achieved

SMSTS and First Aid are required.
