Freelance Brickwork Manager

Job Description

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance Brickwork Manager for a temporary job based in Manchester.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

You will be soley responsible for the site overseeing the brickwork package on a large scheme in Manchester.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of bricklaying tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Reporting the progress to the Project Manager
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion



Start dates 29th July or 5th August 2019

6 month contract

You will be highly motivated, driven and be a bricklayer by trade.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid (advantage) and management CSCS.
