Freelance Construction Manager

Job Description

Our client a National Contractor require a Construction Manager to oversee Brickwork, cladding and externals packages on a project in Manchester.

You will be responsible for managing the brickwork, cladding, window installation and hard/soft landscaping.



Duties will include:



* Management of health and safety
* Risk and method statements
* Management of sub contractors
* Ordering labour



Starting 21ST January

Contract length - Until the end of August but you could be transferred onto another project.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 17.00pm.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing packages such as brickwork, cladding, and hard/soft landscapes.

Smsts, first aid and CSCS.
