Freelance Finishing Manager/Snagging Manager - Manchester

Job Description

Our client a Regional Contractor require a Finishing Manager on a large residential scheme in Manchester.

You will be responsible for managing a section of the project.

Management of trades and labour

Working through snagging lists and updating information onto the IPAD.

Back snagging apartments before final handover to the end client.

You must have previous snagging experience on residential projects.

Smsts, First aid and CSCS

50 hours per week

2 to 4 weeks possibly longer
