Freelance No1 Site Manager - Cheshire

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance No1 Site Manager for a temporary job based near Winsford.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of Tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion



Start dates 1st July for 16 weeks - the job could lead onto further projects.

You will be highly motivated, driven and have experience with small works projects circa up to £1million.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and management CSCS.

The hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
