Freelance No1 Site Manager

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager for a temporary job based in Manchester.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

My client has a number of small work internal refurbishments to complete within Manchester, Stockport and Bolton.

Installing new shower facilities to general refurbishments up to £900k.

You will be working within live environment's managing the projects from inception to completion.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of Tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion

The hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to FridayYou must have small works experience and worked within live environments.

Start date 29th April- my client is looking to start interviewing for the positions week commencing 22nd April.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
