Job Description
Our client a Regional Contractor require a No1 Site Manager on an 18 month contract in Liverpool.Conversion into apartments and houses.
You will be responsible for managing the project from inception through to completion, reporting into a Contracts Manager who will visit site on a weekly basis.
Duties will include:
Full site set up
Management of health and safety
Risk and method statements
Management of sub contractors
Ordering labour
Weekly progress meetings with the client and sub contractors
Ordering materials
Starting 4th March 2019
Contract length - 18 months
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 16.00pm.
The successful candidate will be from a joinery, bricklayer or stone masonary background and have proven experience of managing their own projects circa of £2million.
Heritage experience is essential.
Smsts, first aid and CSCS.
