Freelance No1 Site Manager

Job Description

Our client a national specialist facade contractor who have a proven track record of delivering cladding and curtain wall projects on large commercial projects.

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment and currently looking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager for a temporary job in Manchester City Centre.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will have experience with shckerley and SFS cladding.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of cladding contractors.
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Overseeing SF cladding and shckerley systems

You will be highly motivated, driven and have experience with SFS and shckerley cladding which is essential.



As this is specialist cladding the project will be complicated and a challenge for anyone within this sector. The hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for initially 25 - 30 weeks.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
