Freelance No1 Site Manager

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance No1 Site Manager for a temporary job based in Manchester.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

Project details

Working within a live environment

£500k commercial refurbishment consisting of full strip out installation of studded walls, suspended ceilings, and carpets fitted, electrical works and decoration.



You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of Tradesman
* Issuing permits
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion





The project will take 11 weeks.



Start dates Monday 24th July

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and management CSCS.

The hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday (but sometimes can be expected to work later).



You will be highly motivated, driven and have experience with live commercial refurbishments
