Job Description
Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance No1 Site Manager for a temporary job based in Cheshire.10 timber frame apartments
You will be responsible solely for the site
* Day to day running of the whole site
* Ordering materials
* Management of trades and labour
* Ordering on site labour
* Site inductions
* Meeting's with the client
* Health and safety
Length of contract - 9 to 12 weeks
Starting Friday 26th July or Monday 29th July for a handover
You must have timber frame residential experience of apartments
You must have Smsts, first aid and CSCS management level card.
