Freelance Project Manager - East Midlands

Job Description

Our client a national contractor require a no1 Project Manager on a 221 bed student accommodation in East Midlands.

You will be the No1 on site delivering the project with 2 site managers to support you.

* Management of sub contract orders
* Meetings with the client and sub contractors
* Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
* Making sure quality standards are met
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Organising management/sub contractors on site

You must be forward thinking and have previous experience of using Asta programme package.

Previous experience of delivering student accommodation is essential.

Location - East Midlands

Length of contract - 12 months

Hours - 10 per day

You must have SMSTS, FIRST AID & CSCS, Experience of Asta and delivering student accommodations within time and budget.
