My client operates on a regional basis delivering major building projects.

They currently have a £10m scheme which involves the refurbishment of existing Offices turning into New Build Apartments. Duration of contract 6 months.

Job Description

You will be required to:

* Forecasting
* Monthly Reports
* Procurement
* Tending Sub Contractor Packages
* Final Accounts
* Placing P.O
* Payments
* Variations

They are a well-established and respected contractor who have a good name in the market and are looking for a QS that can join them for an on-going period. To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a career history working for a main contractor.
