Freelance Senior/Construction Site Manager

Job Description

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment and currently looking to recruit a Freelance Senior/Construction Site Manager for a temporary job in Manchester.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will have experience with brickwork cladding, hard and soft landscaping, managing hoist operators and mast climbers.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of cladding contractors.
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Overseeing brickwork cladding, hard and soft landscaping, managing hoist operators and mast climbers.

You will be highly motivated, driven and have experience with high rise apartments.

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

This is an ASAP start, the hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday until the end of September 2019.
