Job Title: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Rate: Up to £26p/h

Start date: ASAP

Length of assignment: 7 months - Sept 2019



A regional new build social housing developer are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager.

They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager with sufficient steel frame experience to work on 18 x 2 bed apartments, 1 x 1 bed apartments to the value of £2.5 million.

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the role which include CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid. You must have recent and substantial steel frame experience, new build housing experience and must be able to prove that you have successfully managed large scale housing developments by providing references.
