Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Residential)Location: Greater Manchester (various sites)
Rate: £23 - £24p/h
Start date: Monday 1st April 2019
Length of assignment: 4-6 weeks
A volume house builder and multi-award winning developer require cover for a Freelance Site Manager on various developments across the Greater Manchester area.
You must have substantial volume housing experience to be eligible for this position.
Certificates (Essential): SMSTS and First Aid
CSCS card is preferable
