Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Residential)Location: Haydock
Rate: £23 p/h
Start date: Friday 28th September or Monday 1st October 2018
Length of assignment: 1 week holiday cover
A reputable privately owned UK volume house builder are currently in the market for an experienced Freelance Site Manager.
My client is a national house builder who have been established for many years and have a number of new build schemes within the North West.
You will need to hold the relevant qualifications for the role which include CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffolding awareness.
You must have recent and substantial new build housing experience working to NHBC standards and must be able to prove that you have successfully managed large scale volume housing developments by providing references.
