Freelance Site Manager

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager for a temporary job based near Stoke on Trent.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

You will be responsible for overseeing the final completions to a £16million commercial project.

Overseeing the internals, M&E, plastering, joinery

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of Tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the main contractor
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion

You will be working under a Snr Site Manager managing the project from internals to hand over

You will be overseeing an Assistant Site Manager and Foreman

Hours Monday to Friday 7.30am to 17.00pm

Starting Tuesday 23rd April until completion November 2019

You must have SMSTS, FIRST AID AND CSCS.

To be considered for the role you must have high rise residential, student accommodation or hotel experience.
